Restricted traffic area directions

The Restricted Traffic Area in Rome's old town centre is closed to traffic at the following times:
Weekdays: from Monday to Thursday: from 06:30 to 18:00
Friday: from 06:30 to 18:00 and from 23:00 to 03:00 (night-time Restricted Traffic Area)
Saturday: from 14:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 03:00 (night-time Restricted Traffic Area)

Vehicles without a special permit can enter the Restricted Traffic Area:
On Sundays and holidays
On weekdays from 18:00 to 06:30 of the following day (except Fridays and Saturdays in the roads in which the night-time Restricted Traffic Area is in force)

Motorcycles and mopeds have free access to the Restricted Traffic Area every day.

The A1 Restricted Traffic Area in Rome's old town centre remains closed to vehicles at the following times:
Weekdays: from Monday to Friday: from 06:30 to 19:00
Saturday: from 10:00 to the 19.00
